Orochem HPLC columns are uniquely designed for the separation of polar, semi-polar and non-polar compounds at low tomedium pH. The OroSil^TM columns are more polar than the OroPure^TM columns but are less polar than the OroStar^TM HPLC column chemistry. The OroSil^TM chemistry provides authentic C18 chemistries, commonly requested and used amongst chromatographers in the industry. With specialized surface treatment, the OroSil^TM chemistry makes these columns compatible even with 100% aqueous mobile phase. The OroSil^TM columns are known to be stable at pH 1.5-9.0 and are preferentially used against the water's symmetry, Inertsil C18 or ODS 3,Zorbax SB, and also the Atlantis dC18 chemistry.
